Richard Randall
Richard Randall became a consultant because he loves tackling a variety of problems, helping businesses grow and thrive. For 25 years at ITT Corp, he was known as a leader, innovator and problem-solver. He received ITT’s highest quality award, the Gold Ring of Quality, is a three-time nominee for the ITT Harold Geneen Award and holds multiple U.S.and international patents for innovations in fluid control. His career at ITT culminated in leadership of a $125 million fluid process equipment business with seven manufacturing units in the US and Europe, a world-wide sales force and network of distributors. His business teams were recognized with the ITT Chairman’s Award for Growth, the ITT Gold Ring of Quality and the ITT Engineered for Life Award for innovative new products.
In 2006 Rich Randall founded the business consulting firm New Level Advisors. He holds board seats on the Penn State Alumni Council, the Penn State Engineering Society, the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center and The Rose Corporation, a privately held manufacturer in Reading, PA. In 2008 he was selected to contribute biweekly columns to ‘The Whiteboard’ in the Central Penn Business Journal.
